The One Week
Second Wind Adventure
The Second Wind Adventure is one of the most impactful and exhilarating experiences of students’ lives. Whether flying through the treetops on a zip line, conquering team challenges or blazing backcountry trails, each student will have the opportunity to make new friends and develop strong leadership skills on their very own adventure of a lifetime.
Over the course of the week, Second Wind is designed to develop students in leadership, personal growth, and spiritual priorities. Every student will be placed on a team along with an assigned coach. Our coaches share a deep love for the Lord and are committed to bringing about the maturing and training of each student. The only requirement for acceptance is that each person has a desire to grow and a willingness to give one’s personal best!
Two-week vs One-week, what’s the difference?
The Second Wind Intensive experience will contain our pillar Big Top talks and while on property, the students will participate in the legendary JH activities. The program culminates with our 3-day backpacking experience. In this condensed version we have removed the 3-day river rafting and consolidated a few Ranch activities. We kept all the program elements that are consistent highlights and this program, like our others, promises to be an impactful experience.
